We’re looking for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist who is excited about the opportunity to serve as our go-to expert of all tasks and processes related to payroll and benefits across all roles and departments.


  • Primary company liaison with our third party payroll provider in the processing of our 100+ employees in multiple jurisdictions
  • Serve as our key employee contact to resolve issues regarding payroll, pay-roll taxes, wage deductions, fringe benefits, and other pay related issues.
  • Research current and pending regulations affecting payroll and advise management of any changes required; assist in ensuring payroll practices remain compliant with all federal, state, and location regulations.
  • Manage our Benefits and 401k Plan by working closely with our brokers, administrators, and employees to ensure a seamless experience from plan de-sign to open enrollment, and provide subsequent training and important re-minders.
  • Ensure new employees are oriented with our payroll and benefit options/processes and have W4’s and state specific tax forms completed.
  • Process life status changes and assist with benefit claim issues including all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability, worker's comp and FMLA.
  • Support the team with compliance processes in the US including W2 and1095-C distribution, ACA and EEO-1 reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements 

  • 2+ years professional experience related to full cycle payroll and benefits administration.
  • Highly organized with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to respond effectively and timely to sensitive information and to maintain confidentiality.
