Business Development

Recruiter - Cincinnati, OH preferred

Purpose:
The full-cycle recruiter will work closely with the sales and safety team with talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and placing health and safety professionals to construc$on & general industry clients nationwide.

Responsibilities:
• Attract highly qualified candidates through creative recruiting, including social media, community outreach, job boards, and networking through various trade/professional organizations related to the safety industry
• Source, screen, and interview applicants and collaborate placement with clients
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy including creating job descriptions, specifications, and requirements
• Prepare recruitment materials such as mail merges and other communications to candidates regarding upcoming opportunities
• Collect, analyze, and report on statistical data as it relates to the company's recruiting
• Other duties as needed

Job Requirements:
• Strong organizational and decision making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a professional and diplomatic demeanor with a high degree of confidentiality
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook
• 3+ years of Recruiting/Human Resource experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar field
• Construction staffing experience is a plus
