Return to Work Assistant

Provide assistance to our Return to Work Coordinators in finding temporary job placement for injured workers at non‐ profit facilities.

• Assigning and entering referrals
• Entering restrictions and creating call lists
• Research and identify nonprofit facilities to place injured workers for volunteer job duties
• Ensure case manager coverage for initial nonprofit ap‐ pointments
• Perform reminder calls to injured workers for upcoming meetings
• Weekly contact with nonprofit supervisors for open cases
• Bi‐weekly contact with injured workers for open cases
• Documenting all injured worker and nonprofit corre‐ spondence
• Electronic timesheet system maintenance and reporting
• Assisting in troubleshooting issues
• Mailing on an as needed basis
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Phone experience
