Women's History Month
In honor of Women's History Month, one of Matrix's very own incredible leading women, Jessica Bush Esterkamp, will be recognized and included in the upcoming Cincinnati Business Courier's 'People on the Move' article. This feature is to honor and celebrate the impact of women in the Greater Cincinnati business community.
Jessica works with clients to develop creative solutions and drives programs forward, but we know that one of her true passions is to enhance our company culture. She has worked with many of our team members including myself to help us become the best version of ourselves, both personally and professionally. She’s introduced us to her Enneagram knowledge, which has naturally become a part of so many of us. She is an engaged and driven leader who values investing in people and helping them find their purpose. Jessica is constantly celebrating our achievements; we are thrilled to celebrate her. She is a true inspiration to all with her dedication and drive for success and we are so grateful to have her on our team!
